NOTES:

1. All of these workshops are one full day in duration.
2. "Hearts on the Mountain" is an outdoor workshop and could be subject to cancellation due to weather conditions, scroll down for details or call Brad at 604 570-0742.
3. Skyride tickets to the top of Grouse Mtn. must be purchased separately, at a cost of approximately $30.00. First four participants to register get Skyride ticket for half the regular price.
4. "Early" refers to the tuition being paid not less that seven days before the scheduled date of the desired workshop.

Registration & Refund Policies

Pre-registration is desirable for all the programs, however to qualify for the early registration discounts and guarantee a place in the workshop it is mandatory to pre-register. Whenever possible late registrants will be accommodated at the workshops.
To be pre-registered requires payment and contact information be received a minimum of six (6) calendar days before the workshop. Pre-registration is mandatory for all outdoor workshops.

Cancellation by a registered participant five or more days before a workshop will result in a full refund or a credit applied to a future workshop at the participants discretion.
Cancellation by a registered participant within five days of the workshop, or failure to attend, may result in the forfeit of 20% of tuition or $ 20.00 whichever is the greater.

Ravens 2 Consulting reserves the right to cancel any workshop up an including fifth day before the workshop. In the event of such a cancellation a full refund of tuition or a credit of that amount will be applied to a future workshop at the participants discretion.
Beyond an emergency situation the only reasons for cancellation will be:
1. insufficient registration in the workshop,
2. bad weather, in the case of outdoor workshops.
